"Field
error" Message or Unable to Place Order
If you
change your order too often, while in Checkout phase that confuses our
database for calculating your order. In case of
error messages, you MUST close all your browser windows, and
start over again. Then you should clear the
stored memory (cache memory) in your browser to remove any history
that you were placing an order on our site. Then, you open a new browser
window and start placing your order.
The best way
to avoid such situation is BEFORE you start ordering, you know exactly
what you want to order and don’t plan to change it while in Checkout
phase. However, if you decided to change your order AFTER entering Checkout,
please follow these simple steps:
In Case of
Error Message: Clear Your Browser Cached Memory
